Cancellation Policy

• Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for your lesson. Aprons will be provided, however, keep in mind that working on the wheel can get messy at times. • Trimmed nails recommended as long nails can make it difficult when working with the wheel. Private Pottery Workshops - Cancellation Policy: • No Refunds: All payments for Private Pottery Workshops are non-refundable. • Credits for Cancellations or Date Changes: If you need to cancel or change your workshop date, a full credit towards a future workshop will be issued if the request is made at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled event. • Cancellations or Date Changes Within 2-7 Days: Any cancellations or requests to change the reservation date made between 2 to 7 days prior to the event will incur an administration and re-booking fee of $25+GST. The remaining balance will be credited for future use. • Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued. • Written Notice: Any cancellations or date changes must be provided in writing to sales@kamloopsartparty.com.
