About The Event
In 2 classes learn how to paint from sight using classical painting techniques from Kamloops Art Party Artist Chris!
The first class, April 6th (6pm - 8pm) covers drawing fundamentals in order to construct an underpainting, as well as the recommended uses of various brushes. You will learn how to mix colours and oil mediums in order to produce subtle colour shifts when glazing the underpainting.
The second class, Apri 13th (6pm - 8pm) will be focused on scumbling in order to add texture, saturation and contrast to complete the painting!
Tickets are $75 and includes all supplies, canvas, oil paints, instruction, painting storage and clean up. Although we provide aprons please wear appropriate painting clothing.
This class is for all ages. Masks are required.
