Join Life Coach Michele Walker on a guided journey to explore your soul’s deep longings.  Michele will bring you through exercises, guided visualization and creative expression helping you to create your own vision board.  Get clear on your dreams and goals and let the vision board help make change a reality.

After completing the inner work, join us for a complimentary lunch and create your own personalized vision board with help from a professional artist from the Kamloops Art Party team to honor your reflection, goals and let your inner artist shine.

This workshop is for ages 18 and over.  Aprons are provided but please wear appropriate painting clothing just in case.  Masks are required for entry, exit and tour of the studio.
