Service Description

The $5 fee includes one seat reservation and access to our Drop-In Art Menu pricing. If you are planning on doing a drop-in with another person/group, please include and pay for full number participants in the same booking to ensure their is enough seats. Drop-in activities can be selected and paid for upon arrival. Our local artists are onsite to help get you set up with the materials you need and provide helpful tips and tricks along the way. Please note that step-by-step instruction is not included with Drop-In Art. Previous experience with your chosen drop-in medium is recommended, IMPORTANT DROP-IN NOTES: There is NO step-by-step instruction provided during Drop-In Art sessions. Artists are available to help you get set up with materials and provide general tips, tricks, and guidance when needed. Previous experience with your chosen drop-in medium is recommended. If you are looking for guided, step-by-step instruction, we recommend registering for one of our Public Workshops or booking a Private Art Lesson. All materials and supplies must be purchased through Kamloops Art Party. Personal materials and supplies will not be permitted in the studio. BOOKING POLICY: If you are booking more than one seat, please ensure you book and pay for the # of seats in the SAME booking. This is to ensure we have enough seats to accommodate your group. For groups that require more than 5 seats, please contact sales@kamloopsartparty.com to inquire to book. Drop-In Art Hours are Monday's & Friday's from 2pm - 8pm and Saturday & Sunday's from 12pm - 6pm. If you are booking more than 8 hours in advance, please register online. For bookings within 8 hours, please call to 250-299-4342 to inquire. Walk-ins are always welcome during drop-in hours, however, space is never guaranteed without a reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY: All seat reservations and drop-in activity purchases are non-refundable. A minimum of 72 hours’ written notice is required to reschedule your reservation or receive a future credit. Cancellations or date-change requests made within 72 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable and are not eligible for a credit.

Drop-In Art Sessions – Cancellation & Date Change Policy: • No Refunds: All seat reservation fees and drop-in activity purchases are non-refundable. • Credits or Date Changes with 72 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel or change the date of your Drop-In Art session, a full credit toward a future session or a date change will be provided when written notice is received at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. • Cancellations or Date Changes Within 72 Hours: Any cancellations or requests to change your reservation made within 72 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable, and no credit or date change will be provided. • Written Notice Required: All cancellation, credit, or date change requests must be submitted in writing to sales@kamloopsartparty.com.
