Service Description

PREVIOUS POTTERY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED TO BOOK. All guests must have completed one of our Private Pottery Workshops or Public Intro To Pottery Workshops to be eligible for this class. The $20 fee includes 1.5 hours of wheel use and access to sculpting tools. Clay can be purchased separately as an “Add-On” service when booking or selected and paid for upon arrival. IMPORTANT DROP-IN NOTES: There is NO instruction provided in this class. All guests must have completed one of our Private Pottery Workshops or Public Intro To Pottery Workshops. Proper wheel care & clean up is the responsibility of the client. All clay must be purchased through Kamloops Art Party. Personal clay cannot be brought in or used during wheel sessions. Drop-In Pottery Hours are Monday's from 2pm - 8pm, Tuesday's 10am - 5pm, Friday's from 2pm - 8pm and Saturday & Sunday's from 12pm - 6pm. If you are booking more than 8 hours in advance, please register online. For bookings within 8 hours, please call to 250-299-4342 to inquire. ADD ON: Stoneware Clay (with Glazing & Firing) includes complimentary drying and storage, a glazing session (which can be booked during our regular drop-in hours), and a second kiln firing. Trimming sessions can be booked separately for $10 + GST per 45 minutes. ADD ON: Stoneware Clay (NO Glazing & Firing) does not include drying or storage, glazing, or kiln firings. These services can be added separately and are charged per piece based on size. ADD ON: Reclaim Clay is intended for practice only and does not include drying or storage, glazing, or kiln firings. These services can be added separately and are charged per piece based on size. BOOKING POLICY: Drop-in sessions must be pre-booked online. Walk-in's are welcome, however, wheel space is never guaranteed. CANCELLATION POLICY: All wheel sessions & clay purchases are non-refundable. Date changes can be requested in writing to sales@kamloopsartparty.com at least 48 hours prior to your original booking time. Cancellations or date-change requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable and are not eligible for a credit.
