Drop-in art is self-directed; step-by-step instruction is available through our public and private workshops.
Reserve and pay for your seat for $5 per person, then choose and pay for your project when you arrive.
How It Works
1. Save your spot
Reserve online or walk in during drop-in hours, subject to space. A $5 seat fee applies to every participant, whether you reserve or walk in.
2. Pick your project
Choose from our drop-in art menu when you arrive. Project prices are additional to the seat fee and paid in the studio.
3. Settle in & create
We’ll get you set up with supplies, then you can create at your own pace! Our artists are nearby for tips and support. Drop-in art is self-directed and does not include step-by-step instruction.
A little guidance goes a long way! Our staff take care of setup and cleanup and are happy to share tips and tricks while you create. Drop-in art is self-directed and doesn’t include step-by-step instruction. If it’s your first time trying a medium, we recommend starting with a workshop to learn the basics and build your confidence.

When Can I Come?
Join us during our public drop-in hours! Check our calendar for hours and upcoming closures, then reserve your seat or drop by when inspiration strikes. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to space.
Looking for a time outside our public hours? Request a private drop-in session for your group, subject to availability.

Booking for a group
Book all participants together so we can accommodate your group. For 6 or more people, please contact us to arrange your visit.
Same-day visits
Online reservations must be made more than 8 hours in advance. Coming sooner? Call 250-299-4342 to check availability. Walk-ins are welcome during public drop-in hours, subject to space.
Materials & supplies
All materials and supplies must be purchased through Kamloops Art Party. Please leave personal art supplies at home.
Cancellations & date changes
Seat fees are non-refundable. To request a date change, email sales@kamloopsartparty.com at least 48 hours before your booking. Requests made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, credit, or date change.
Dress for mess!
Aprons are provided, but you’re still in the splash zone! Wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint or clay on.
